My office is located in Downtown Sunnyvale, within walking distance of Target and Murphy Street. There is ample parking available at the office building, which is located at 355 West Olive Avenue. My suite is upstairs, and an elevator is available. I have a waiting room set up for your privacy, and there are restrooms available on-site as well. Unfortunately, the therapy room is not wheelchair accessible.
I have a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from San Jose State University, and a Master's Degree in Counseling from CSU East Bay. I began providing counseling services in 2008 and became a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in 2012. I have experience providing therapy to adults and children who have faced a variety of challenges in life and in their relationships. I currently provide psychotherapy services at my private practice location in downtown Sunnyvale, and am also a Clinical Director at the Center for Learning and Autism Support Services.
I have an eclectic approach to therapy and may draw from several different theoretic approaches to find the best interventions for my clients. Theoretical approaches used include Humanistic, Structural, Brief, Solution Focused, Behavioral, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
